I recommend these as a treat for anyone that is looking for a high-protein snack. They have roughly 40Cb/20Pr/250cal per bar. I save my daily Lift bar for my evening snack. After being off candy and granola bars for awhile, these have become an acceptable alternative. Some protein bars are too small - but not these. They are large and satisfying. The inner chewy peanut butter is dense and tasty. The bars are covered with a light peanut butter coating as well. I crave peanut butter and these definitely quell that craving.
