I have been using various supplements for years and have been experimenting with various usage plans to ensure optimal uptake and and optimal serum levels. I have started using the OPtimun antioxidant since i was unable to get my previous product (Jameison Beta-carotene and A C E sugar free ) this brand is working much better. I have tested my serum levels at 6 12 and 24 hrs after ingestion for comparison with previous products i have tried, The uptake was faster but overall levels are the same with the Jameison. COnsidering the two products i will continue with this product for a while (additional Folic acid, great especially for the pregnant.
