I first purchased this product in March of 2009. Using two scoops mixed with skim milk and a little extra virgin olive oil (for more calories) over three 12lbs. bags over the course of 3 months, I went from 138 lbs. to 156 lbs. What previous reviewers have said is true. You MUST workout with this product, otherwise you will put on fat.

I paid almost the same money for a 3.8 lb. jar of a simular product at the local vitamin shop. This is a great value. Shipping charge was reasonable and it arrived in 2 days. I will order this again when my son runs out.

I don't see how a weight gain product can taste so bad. It has a very unexplainable taste no real vanilla flavor at all more like chalk. It doesn't mix well.



Id recommend something else unless you like bad tasting stuff.
