I know that it is working for me.
This is a type of product that gives a result after certain amount of time. Currently I am loosing fat and gaining muscles hence switched on low carb high protein diet. I have been using it for one month already. I sip one-scoop-shake during workout (weight lifting or boxing routine) then consume another one-scoop-shake 30-40 minutes after workout. Sum up is 2 scoops a day. With proper resistance training an anaerobic exercises I have not bad results. Dropped 7 pounds. This includes gaining some muscles. My hands became bigger and results of weightlifting are increasing every week. Now I decided to be a constant customer so I subscribed on this product (6$ discount every month).

This whey works well mixed with Cream of Wheat. I used to buy this at a store or at the mall, for about ten bucks more than it cost here. Any kind of money I can save is enough for me. This was the first all natural protein powder product that I've found that does not have strange natural sweeteners in it (ie. no stevia). It does contain fructose.
It mixes really well with everything I've tried so far, and tastes GOOD. No fake or chalky flavor.

I mix this with fat free milk and really like the mildly sweet taste. It doesn't mix quite as well as they claim. Some lumps form at the top unless I mush them with a spoon. It mixes better than some other protein powders though and is good enough without a blender. Overall I'm happy and will buy again.
