If you're looking at these you probably already know what they are. Your body deserves these. They come in a plastic jar. Two jars of 200 to be precise. At least mine did.

This is an OK product if you are on a low-intensity training plan and don't need much BCAA supplementation. For intense training, I have to suck down 30 of these caps which is rediculous.



Bottom line, these caps have a weird ratio of BCAA and are not very potent. I would reccomend Biotest's BCAA caps over these.
