This product works miracles. Ever since I started using 1-2 scoops of this per day, I have seen excellent muscle gains. Don't take that wrong though, you will need to do alot of work. I currently do resistance training(with the resistance bands), cardio, and weight training. Weight training will give you the biggest gains as it causes the most muscle damage.
Also remember not to take more than 1 scoop every three hours. Any protein your body doesn't use is stored as fat.
I would recommened using a blender along with milk when drinking this. Add a frozen banana and you will get a creamy and cold milkshake, that has excellent balance between carbs and protein.
