Very close to the taste of chocolate milk. No chalky after-taste. Mixes/disolves well. Works best if you use in a shakable container instead of stirring (this takes out the small lumps you can sometimes get). Nice easy way to get 35 grams of protein when mixed with low or non-fat milk.
