Great protein. Mixes easily and tastes pretty good, especially with milk. One note of caution: buy chocolate flavor. Friends warned me but i went for it and got cookies and cream. Its not terrible, but chocolate is just so much more tasteful and froths a lot less. Seriously, just get chocolate and you will have the best protein on the market.

Ive taken quite a few protein shakes and none have compared to the taste of chocolate flavored Gold Standard. Its not going to be ice cream but are you fricken kidding me, do you expect something that good for you to taste like an ice cream shake. I take it with skim milk and the taste is amazing. You can go listen to all the technical mumbo jumbo of the other reviews but give or take a gram or two most (quality) whey protein shakes are comparable...what seperates it is the taste and I absolutely love the taste of the Chocolate and mint chocolate Gold Standard...cant say for the other flavors.

It is disgusting, not even similar to chocolate taste. It has a strong stench similar to rotten eggs.What a waste.

This is the best whey protein I have tasted and seen results with. Buy it, you will not regret it! It even tastes great with H2O! I use 2 scoops and about 12-16oz H2O, and then use a hand blender and it is awesome! I love it. I use it after every workout.

Optimum Nutrition has been #1 rated protein for years now. There is good reason for it. Its the highest quality of protein, the taste is absolutely amazing, and the price point is better then anything your going to find.
it doesnt contain other supplements, just straight protein. It doesnt clump up when your mixing it, it doesnt have a horrible after taste either. Its just straight wholesome goodness.
This stuff cuts recovery time from muscle exhaustion dramatically. Literally over nite muscle soreness evaporates into a figment of your imagination. Im not a rep for Optimum, just a proud user for quite a few years now.
I will always buy Optimum, and nothing else!!
