...only for slow-absorbtion such as before bed or if you know you're having a late meal. This is what casein is for. I like ON products and will continue to buy this and their 100% natural whey. I have 4 of those a day and 1 casein before bed. This stuff might be hard on the taste buds at first, but you'll get used to it. It's more gritty than whey and tastes a bit like stale coffee. As long as it works I can stomache it. I only wish it did not have artificial flavoring.

20 March, I ordered HAIR CLIPER KIT and after 15 days of waiting I contacted vendor and he told me that the package is lost and that we will send new
I work in iraq and I had to send a package in the first apo box that is forwarding the package to me, it means another $ 15 plus it is $ 70 plus shipping $ 9

I'm on my first batch still but the stuff in this tub blends very easily. I add the water first and it stirs right in with a fork. Maybe not easy for a teacup but in anything taller I would skip the blender. I got the vanilla and am not a fan of the sucralose. This taste is so strong it made my gums tingle at first. I have likely been spoiled by the ON Any Whey which is a pure protein product. Tons of protein for the buck and does the job good enough. I wish ON would manufacture the equivalent of Any Whey with flavor free casein to give folks like me the pure protein taste.

I've been using this product before bed for some time. Previously mixing was poor, even with ample water. There were always large clumps that you just had to chug down. The latest batch has a little different smell, but still tastes fine and mixes great.
